DNP Project III

The DNP Project III course has been a continuation of my last two project courses. My leadership has improved greatly over the past three semesters and I have learned a great deal about leading several teams and project implementation. 

Improving my leadership skills meets the DNP Essential VI: Interprofessional Collaboration for Improving Patient and Population Health Outcomes.

I have also gained experience with project implementation and am learning strengths and limitations to project implementation in a busy NICU. This experience has furthered my knowledge of clinical scholarship and is a part of the DNP Essential III. As the data collection phase of my project comes to an end, I am excited and look forward to data analysis and dissemination of my results.
